Prestige Management uses a 3rd party to scrub all names through the DNC list to ensure accuracy and quality. Due to this, we are able to offer a 90-day exclusivity for the product you have purchased from us.
Even with these precautions, lists may contain minor discrepancies primarily due to very recent changes in address (e.g. individuals who have moved) or changes in phone numbers. If you encounter any such leads on your list, we request that you return it to us, indicating the problem, and we will replace it 2 for 1 (provided the discrepancy is brought to our attention with the 90-day period). We offer a 1 for 1 replacement for anyone on the DNC list, and as an added initiative of our appreciation for your business, a 1 for 1 replacement for any lead that is already an established client of yours. (Residential doctor leads will be replaced 1 for 1 also).
All leads must be returned to us with the discrepancy highlighted in order to receive the 2 for 1 or 1 for 1 replacement. This guarantee is provided to you in lieu of cash refunds, due to the considerable expenses incurred in customizing each individual order.
